- Client: Any company or organization using the agency’s services to find potential employees.
- Candidate: Any individual seeking employment through the agency.
- Engagement: Any form of employment or contract work secured through the agency.
3. Services Offered
BlueStars Recruitment Agency offers a range of services including:
- Job advertisement and promotion.
- Candidate screening and interviewing.
- Job matching and placement.
- Consultancy on hiring practices.
4. Client Obligations
Clients are expected to:
- Provide accurate and comprehensive job descriptions.
- Disclose all relevant details about the position, including salary, working conditions, and contract terms.
- Engage with candidates fairly and professionally.
5. Candidate Obligations
Candidates are expected to:
- Provide truthful and complete information regarding their qualifications and experience.
- Attend scheduled interviews and respond promptly to communication.
- Notify the agency of any changes in their job search status.
6. Fees and Payment
- For Clients: Fees are based on a percentage of the candidate’s annual salary or a flat fee, as agreed upon in the service contract.
- Payment Terms: Invoices must be paid within 30 days of the candidate’s start date
- Refund Policy: A partial refund or replacement candidate will be provided if the candidate leaves the position within a specified period, usually 90 days, unless due to client misconduct.
7. Confidentiality
- Client Information: The agency will keep all client information confidential and use it solely for recruitment purposes.
- Candidate Information: The agency will protect candidate information and only share it with potential employers with the candidate’s consent.
8. Equal Opportunity

9. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the recruitment services with written notice. Any outstanding fees must be settled before termination.
10. Liability
- Agency Liability: The agency will not be liable for any loss, damage, or expense arising from the placement of a candidate or the failure to find a suitable candidate.
- Client and Candidate Liability: Clients and candidates must hold the agency harmless from any claims or disputes arising from their engagement.
11. Governing Law
These terms and policies are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the agency operates.
12. Changes to Terms and Conditions
The agency reserves the right to modify these terms and policies at any time. Clients and candidates will be notified of any significant changes.
